Floor Installation
All of our floor installations include:
- Moving and reposition of furniture and doors.
- Free removal and disposal of exsisting Carpet & Laminate Flooring ($75.00 VALUE!) * Tile or Hardwood, Bamboo, and Engineered flooring removal price may vary by conditions and will be adressed at time of free floor installation estimate. (contact us for details).
- Complete preparation of sub floor, which includes cleaning the surfaces of any debris, undercutting door jambs, and removal of baseboards (if applicable) * Leveling of sub floor, (if needed), our low charges may vary by extent, at time of free estimate. (contact us for details).
- Complete professional installation of laminate flooring, and laminate underlay padding or installation of hardwood, bamboo, or engineered flooring, and CORRECT application of hardwood, bamboo, or engineered floor glue.
- Finishing installation of customer supplied quarter round ($1.00 per Linear Foot ) or replacing of baseboards (at clients request), including seamless finishing with white caulking free! *only quarter round quaranteed seamless due to flexability in baseboard.
- Cut, fit, and secure floor transition moldings.
- Final floor cleaning (sweep and topical glue removed) of your NEW BEAUTIFUL LAMINATE or HARDWOOD FLOOR !
